Terms of Service | Café Disco Drip

1. Services

Café Disco Drip ("we," "us," or "our") provides mobile espresso bar services for private and public events in New Jersey and surrounding areas. By submitting a booking inquiry or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Agreements

A booking is not confirmed until both parties have agreed to the event details in writing (email or a signed agreement) and a deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Deposit & Payment

A deposit is required to hold your event date. The deposit amount will be specified in your booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than one week prior to the event date. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, minus any non-recoverable costs incurred. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date forfeit the deposit. If Café Disco Drip is unable to fulfill the booking due to circumstances within our control, we will issue a full refund of all amounts paid.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring that the event venue provides adequate space, access to a standard 120V electrical outlet, and a water source. Failure to provide these may result in service delays or inability to operate, and does not entitle the client to a refund.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

We operate outdoors and require reasonable weather conditions and some form of cover (tent, awning, or overhang). In the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from providing services, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or refund as appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Café Disco Drip's liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Photography & Promotion

We may photograph or video our setup at your event for promotional purposes (website, social media). If you prefer that we do not, please let us know in writing prior to the event.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
